Join us for a relaxing night at the farm. Enjoy a scenic hayride through our fields, live music, and a multi-course dinner prepared with our homegrown produce and other locally produced foods. Each dinner course will be paired with a wine selection from our own winery, Passiflora Springs.
The menu is pre-set and listed below. After checking out, Ryan Smith will email you in regards to menu selection. Flat footwear is recommended for this event, as this is a true farm experience. In case of inclement weather, this rain or shine, outdoor event will be held inside the greenhouse.
For this Covid-Friendly Event, we are selling tables of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8, that will be socially distanced from other guests. If you would like to add guests to your table after checking-out, please contact Ryan (info below).

Breads & Spread - House baked bread, marinated peppers, eggplant caponata, marinated sungold tomatoes, herbed ricotta.

Heirloom Tomato Tripoline - House made tripoline pasta, heirloom tomatoes, burro, basil, parmigiano-reggiano.

Grilled Eggplant (v) - Marinated and grilled eggplant, swiss chard, vegan tofu ricotta, arugula & herb salad
Porchetta - Porchetta stuffed with swiss chard, kale, and sweet onion; borlotti beans, pepperonata, arugula & herb salad

Grilled Corn Panna Cotta - Sweet Corn Crema, grilled corn, sweet beet chips
