Summertime is exploding with fresh vegetables from the farm and local gardens, but it can be challenging to find ways to use them in cooking. Join us for a Farm to Table demonstration cooking class focused on using those zucchini, cucumbers, and tomatoes that might be in abundance. We will show how to use these veggies creatively with recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Jody Garlick, MS, RDN, is the founder and owner of South Hills Nutrition, a private practice located in Castle Shannon, PA. South Hills Nutrition offers individual nutrition counseling and group cooking classes focused on healthy eating and specialized diets. Jillian Wagner, MS, RDN, joined the practice in 2018 and is specialized in Intuitive Eating and general healthy eating. She enjoys teaching some of the plant-based cooking classes. Jody specializes in digestive health and autoimmune conditions. South Hills Nutrition is an insurance-based practice accepting most major health plans for preventative care and specific medical conditions.
