Clematis 'Blue Explosion'



Description

Blue Explosion Clematis is among the hardiest of vines. It is a re-bloomer that flowers first on old wood in May - June and then again on new wood from July to mid-September. 

The first round of flowers are "double", blue flowers with a hint of pink at the tips of the petals. The second round of flowers are single. Grow this Clematis in fertile, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. A thick root mulch is appreciated. Do not allow soild to dry out.
